His commitment to your comfort doesn’t stop there. He also designed his state-of-the-art dental office and equipped it with the latest technology to make your treatments as smooth and dependable as possible.

Education & Experience

Dr. Aquino is a highly qualified dentist with an extensive educational background. He holds a bachelor's degree from Calvin College and a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Aquino further honed his skills during a General Practice Residency at Morristown Medical Center, a leading program in New Jersey. There, he received advanced training in various dental specialties, from root canal therapy to pediatric dentistry.

After practicing in New York, Dr. Aquino returned to New Jersey and remains committed to ongoing education, regularly attending workshops at Spear Education Campus in Arizona.

Dr. Aquino received a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), a distinction earned by only 6% of general dentists in the U.S. and Canada. Dr. Aquino has also completed over 500 hours of continuing education and passed a comprehensive exam, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to providing the highest quality dental care at White Oak Dental & Orthodontics.

Outside of the Office

When Dr. Aquino isn't revitalizing smiles, he's busy being a new dad to his son Jackson and spending quality time with his wife, Dr. Lai, whom he met in dental school. They love trying new types of food — especially seafood — as well as traveling, hiking, playing tennis, and going to Disney World. And they have a cat named Nala.

Dr. Aquino is also a piano enthusiast and enjoys teaching Jackson the basics. It's all about balancing work, family, and fun!
